Our support package

  • 6 Months FREE support — we provide 6 months free support on all servers we supply over £5k (conditions apply)
  • Server and PC Support — we support your company’s network infrastructure, proactively monitoring Microsoft Windows servers and ensuring that the workstations are updated with the latest anti-virus and Microsoft security fixes. If hardware is still within warranty, we will arrange to fix it. If it is out of warranty we will advise you whether it is cost effective to repair or not.
  • Unlimited helpdesk calls — as a contracted customer, when you have a problem and you need an answer quickly, simply e-mail or phone our helpdesk.
  • Remote support — we manage to fix the majority of problems remotely. All our clients receive full remote support which means problems can be sorted out quickly and simply.
  • Onsite support — if an onsite visit is needed then one of our experienced engineers will attend your office.
